The favorite part of my day was…
Seeing one of our kindergarten students being dropped off by his dad this morning. While the student returned to his dad multiple times for goodbye hugs, his dad was very encouraging, & when the student arrived in the cafeteria & saw his teacher he exclaimed, “I got three hugs from my dad!!!” The joy in his face was priceless & observing that interaction between him & his father was the perfect reminder that we are entrusted each day with parents & guardians most precious things, their children.
